Den 4 augusti 2017 slutförde Opus Groups dotterbolag Autologic Diagnostics, Inc. förvärvet av New York-baserade MVDS. LLC d/b/a Farsight till en köpeskilling om
1,2 MUSD (cirka 9,8 MSEK).
Opus förvärvade bolaget enligt ett tillgångsavtal. Farsight kommer att
fusioneras med Autologic inom 90 dagar efter slutförandet av förvärvet, och dess
verksamhet kommer att integreras med Autologics i Nordamerika. Befintliga
produkter som erbjuds inom det väl respekterade Farsight-varumärket kommer att
fortsätta stödjas och utvecklas av Autologic efter integrationen.
“Vi är glada över att genomföra förvärvet av Farsight, eftersom det kommer att
göra det möjligt för Autologic att utöka sina produkter och tjänster till
inhemska fordon. Förvärvet innebär också att flera tidigare chefer och

La gobernadora bonaerense comparó los resultados de ayer con las PASO de 2015; "Hicimos una gran elección pero sabemos que todavía falta", afirmó
La gobernadora bonaerense María Eugenia Vidal aseguró hoy que Cambiemos hizo una "excelente elección" en la provincia de Buenos Aires y se mostró confiada frente al escenario de paridad con Cristina Kirchner (Unidad Ciudadana) en la disputa por el Senado.
La mandataria provincial destacó que "el cambio creció" en Buenos Aires respecto de las primarias de 2015. "Estamos cinco puntos arriba en el territorio nacional y cuatro puntos más arriba en la Provincia", afirmó. Además, destacó que el oficialismo sumó el respaldo de los electores de varios municipios gobernados por la oposición.
"Hicimos una gran elección pero sabemos que todavía falta. Vamos a escuchar a los bonaerenses", resaltó Vidal.
La mandataria hizo una lectura nacional de los comicios y afirmó que en la provincia hay una paridad con la ex presidenta. "Estamos muy contentos por el apoyo que todo los argentinos le han dado a Cambiemos ", apuntó.
Con el 95,68% de las mesas escrutadas, el candidato a senador nacional por Cambiemos cosechaba el 34,19% de los votos frente al 34,11% que sumaba la boleta que lidera la ex presidenta. Más atrás se ubicaban Sergio Massa (1 País), con el 15,53%, y Florencio Randazzo (Frente Justicialista), con el 5,90%, entre otros.
En la disputa por la Cámara de Diputados, la postulante del oficialismo Graciela Ocaña se imponía con el 34,58% de los votos, seguida de cerca por Fernanda Vallejos (Unidad Ciudadana) que obtenía el 32,37%. Una disputa pareja.
Durante la conferencia de prensa con los postulantes provinciales, Vidal agradeció hoy al presidente por su "incondicionalidad" con "los bonaerenses". También felicitó a los jefes municipales oficialistas y a los equipos de campaña por el resultado de las primarias.
Luego le dio paso a que cada uno de los candidatos que encabezan las listas de Diputados y Senadores contaran cuáles serán los temas que impulsarán en el Congreso.
Para cerrar, al ser consultada si estaba sorprendida por el resultado, dijo: "Mas que sorprendida estoy agradecida de los bonaerenses. Tengo un 'gracias' enorme como esta provincia, pero que supera el voto. Este año y medio acompañaron a este equipo de gente que no se parecía en nada a los que gobernaron los 20 años anteriores. Cada pelea que dimos estaban ahí los bonaerenses".
Sobre si para ella fue un triunfo de Cambiemos o una derrota de Cristina Kirchner, dijo: "Ganamos todos, porque todos pudieron expresarse. Ganamos todos porque el camino del cambio se consolida en el país. Ganamos todos porque nadie tiene un cheque en blanco, Mauricio y yo lo sabemos. Sabemos que falta mucho".

De svenska hushållens brutto- och nettoförmögenheter fortsatte att stiga kraftigt under tredje kvartalet, till nya rekordnivåer.
Det visar SEB:s Sparbarometer.
De svenska hushållens nettoförmögenhet steg med 402 miljarder kronor, eller 2,4 procent, under tredje kvartalet, till 17.206 miljarder kronor.
Värdet på hushållens bruttoförmögenhet ökade med 452 miljarder kronor till 21.592 miljarder kronor.
Det största bidraget till uppgången kom från stigande fastighetstillgångar efter en stark bostadsmarknad under kvartalet.
"Hushållens förmögenhet utvecklas fortsatt starkt. Alla de stora tillgångsslagen ökar i värde. En symbolisk gräns har också passerats när hushållens bostadstillgångar nu för första gången överstiger 10.000 miljarder kronor. Det starka tredje kvartalet föregicks av ett bra första halvår och om aktie- och bostadsmarknaderna fortsätter vara stabila under det fjärde kvartalet finns förutsättningar för en rekordstor förmögenhetsökning under ett enskilt år. Det blir något att hålla ögonen på", säger SEB:s privatekonom Jens Magnusson
Hushållens nyspnde uppgick till 59 miljarder kronor, vilket var en rejäl nedgång från förra kvartalet, då det var 148 miljarder kronor.
Hushållens skulder ökade med 50 miljarder kronor till 4.385 miljarder kronor. Det är den högsta skuldnivån någonsin. Ökningstakten bromsade dock in till 4,8 procent i årstakt, lägst sedan början av 2014 och sjunde kvartalet i rad med sjunkande ökningstakt.
"Hushållens skulder ökar fortfarande men det sker i allt långsammare takt. De ökar också för närvarande betydligt långsammare än hushållens tillgångar vilket gör att skuldkvoten (skulder i relation till tillgångar) sjunker. Det är positivt och något som förtjänar att uppmärksammas i samhällsdebatten om hushållens skulder och de eventuella risker dessa medför", säger Jens Magnusson.
Han noterar att skuldkvoten i dagsläget är nere på 20,3 procent och med en god utveckling under fjärde kvartalet kan den för första gången krypa under 20 procent.
"Det skulle innebära att hushållen i genomsnitt har fem gånger så stora tillgångar som skulder", påpekar han.

The biggest contribution to the incrementation came from the rising real estate assets after a strong real estate market during the quarter.
“The net worth of the households is continuing to develop strongly. All the bigger assets types are increasing in value. A symbolic frontier has also been crossed when the households’ real estate assets now for the first time exceeds 10,000 billion SEK. The strong third quarter was preceded by a good first half year and if the stock and real estate markets continue to be solid during the fourth quarter there are possibilities for a record increase of net worth during a single year. This is something to keep an eye on” says SEB’s private economist Jens Magnusson
The househoulds’ savings amounted to 59 billion SEK, which was a substantial decrease from the last quarter, when it was of 148 billion SEK.
The debts of the households increased with 50 billion SEK to 4,385 billion SEK. This is the highest debt level ever measured. The increase pace was however halted to an annual pace of 4.8%, the lowest since early 2014 and seventh quarter in a row with a decreasing increase pace.
“The debts of the households are still increasing, but it increasing in a slower pace than before. The debts are currently incerase substantially slower than the assets of the households which means that the debt quota (debts in relation to assets) is decreasing. It is positive and something worth mentioning in the social debate about the debts of the households and the eventual risks connected to them” says Jens Magnusson
He also notices that the debt quota as per of today is down to 20.3% and with a good development during the fourth quarter it can reach below 20% for the first time.
“This would mean that the households on average have five times as big assets as debts” he points out.
