Translation - English The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for supplying a semiconductor substrate. The method and the apparatus are provided to supply and set up a semiconductor substrate in a concave part setting up the semiconductor substrate in a semiconductor sealing mold equipped with a mold structure of a gate block, using an existing semiconductor substrate returning device.
