Source text - English We only hire individuals who are lawfully authorized to work in Indonesia. The law imposes penalties if we fail to comply, so we take this matter seriously and expect all team members to co-operate in meeting this requirement.
All new team members must provide documentation that establishes an individual’s identity and eligibility to work in Indonesia.
Team members who are foreign nationals are also required to demonstrate their eligibility to work in Indonesia by way of a work visa or other recognized documents. HR will work with new team members to obtain work eligibility documents prior to employment, or to re-establish eligibility for team members whose documentation of eligibility to work in Indonesia is going to expire.

Source text - Indonesian Beragam aplikasi material polimer diperoleh dari tingginya variasi sifat yang dimilikinya. Namun, hal ini berakibat pada kurangnya standarisasi produk polimer yang membuat pemilihan polimer menjadi tidak semudah pemilihan material logam. Salah satu masalah yang sering timbul adalah menentukan jenis polimer untuk melakukan penggantian dari produk kadaluwarsa yang sedang digunakan. Pada makalah ini akan diuraikan metode yang dilakukan untuk identifikasi produk polimer dua jenis O-Ring (Seat O-Ring dan Body O-Ring) yang digunakan pada sebuah katup pipa penyalur minyak bumi.
Identifikasi polimer dilakukan beberapa tahap. Ketahanan O-Ring terhadap zat kimia dilakukan melalui perendaman dalam minyak mentah, methanol dan larutan HF. Gugus fungsi polimer dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan Fourier Transformation Infra Red (FTIR) Spectroscopy. Batas temperatur operasi material O-Ring dianalisis melalui pemeriksaan dengan Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) dan Thermal Gravimetry Analysis (TGA).
Dari berbagai hasil pemeriksaan dan karakterisasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua jenis O-Ring terbuat dari polimer jenis Vinylidene Fluoride -copolimer- Hexafluoro Propylene, yang dikenal dengan nama FKM-Viton (VDF Fluoro-elastomer). Kedua jenis O-Ring masing-masing memiliki perbandingan komposisi Vinylidene Fluoride: Hexafluoropropylene yang berbeda dan telah mengalami degradasi Nilai temperatur dekomposisi dan temperatur transisi gelas pada kedua jenis O-Ring memperkuat hasil identifikasi yang dilakukan.
Translation - English The various applications of polymer materials is due to the variety of its properties The variety, however, results in the absence of polymer-based product standardization which, in turn, causes determining polymer usage is not as feasible as that of metals and alloys. Among the persistent issue is determining which polymer could be used to replace said material of a product. This paper discusses the method used to identify two types of polymer-based O-Rings (Seat O-Ring and Body O-Ring) applied in valves of an oil pipeline.
Identification is carried out in several stages. O-Ring tolerance to chemical substances is conducted by immersing the O-Ring in crude oil, methanol, and HF solution. Polymer function cluster is identified using Fourier Transformation Infra Red (FTIR) Spectroscopy. O-Ring material operating temperature threshold is analysed using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermal Gravimetry Analysis (TGA).
Based on analysis and identification conducted, it is concluded that both O-Rings are made from Vinylidene Fluoride -copolimer- Hexafluoro Propylene polymer, also known as FKM-Viton (VDF Fluoro-elastomer). Both O-Rings have differing Vinylidene Fluoride to Hexafluoropropylene composition and have decomposition temperature value degradation and glass transition temperature of both O-Rings supported identification results obtained.
