제2조(원․부자재 공급)
① “갑”은 생산 및 포장에 필요한 하기 원․부자재를 “을”에게 ○○년 ○○월 ○○일까지 공급하여야 한다.
② “갑”이 임가공에 필요한 원․부자재를 “을”에게 공급한 후 3일 이내에 “을”은 공급받은 원․부자재의 이상유무를 “갑”에게 통지하여야 하며, 이상이 있으면 “갑”은 즉시 대체품을 공급하여야 하고 이상없이 이 모든 원․부자재가 납품된 날자를 납품일자로 한다.
③ “을”은 인수한 원․부자재 및 미출고 제품에 대하여 “갑”을 피보험자로 화재보험에 부보하여야 하며 보험료는 “갑”이 부담한다.
④ “갑”이 공급한 ①항의 원․부자재는 제1조의 임가공품의 제조․가공에만 사용하여야 한다.
⑤ “을”이 인수한 원․부자재는 “을”의 책임으로 관리하여야 하며, “을”의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인하여 도난, 분실, 훼손 및 기타 중대한 이상이 발생할 시는 “을”의 비용으로 “갑”으로부터 추가 공급을 받는다.
제3조(물품의 인도)
“을”은 제1조에 정한 제품을 ○○년 ○○월 ○○일까지 “갑”이 지정한 장소에 납품하여야 하며 인도비용은 “을”이 부담한다.
제4조(가공지시)
물품가공 및 포장은 “갑”이 “을”에게 지시하는 가공지시서에 따른다.
제5조(견본확인)
“을”은 본 계약에 의한 수출물품임가공 작업개시전에 제품의 견본을 제조하여 “갑”의 확인을 득한 후 작업을 개시하여야 한다.
Translation - English Article 1 (Indication and Processing of Toll Processed Goods)
"A" shall entrust the toll processing shown below to "B" and pay the labor expenses, and "B" shall process and deliver the toll processed goods accordingly. However, VAT shall be paid separately.
Article 2 (Supply of Raw and Auxiliary Materials)
① "A" shall supply the raw and auxiliary materials required for production and packaging to "B" by ○○ (year, month, day)
② Within three (3) days after “A” supplying the raw and auxiliary materials needed for toll processing to “B”, “B” shall notify “A” of the any abnormalities of the raw and auxiliary materials to “A”. If there are abnormalities, “A” shall immediately supply the replacement or the delivery date will be the day all raw and auxiliary material have been delivered without abnormalities.
③ “B” shall purchase a fire insurance with “A” as the insured person for purchased raw and auxiliary materials and unreleased products, and “A” shall pay for the premium.
④ The raw and auxiliary materials mentioned in paragraph ① which “A” supplied shall be used only for the manufacturing and processing of toll processed products.
⑤ The raw and auxiliary materials which “B” purchased shall be managed under the responsibility of “B”, and when theft, loss, damage, or other serious abnormalities occurs, “B” shall be additionally supplied from “A” with its expenses.
Article 3 (Delivery of Goods)
“B” shall deliver the product defined in Article 1 by ○○ (year, month, day), and the delivery expenses shall be paid by “B”.
Article 4 (Processing Order)
The processing and packaging of the material shall abide by the processing order which “A” instructs “B” to do.
Article 5 (Sample Check)
“B” shall manufacture the sample of the product before commencing the work of toll processing of exported materials under this contract, and start the work after obtaining the confirmation from “A”.

XXX은 1997년 지중해지역을 학제적, 종합적으로 연구하기 위해 XXX대에 설립되었다. 지중해지역은 아시아, 유럽과 아프리카 문명이 공존하는 복합 문명권 지역이며, 유대교, 기독교와 이슬람교의 모태이기도 하다. 또한 동양의 한자 문명권과 함께 인류 주요 문명의 발원지이기도 하다.
기독교와 이슬람 문명으로 대변되는 지중해의 문명들은 개별성과 공통성을 공유하고 있으며 전대의 문명이 후대의 문명에 성과와 업적을 계승하고, 이를 더욱 발전시킨 후대 문명은 또 다른 후속 문명에 그 성과를 전달해 주었다. 따라서 지중해문명은 전대의 문명을 지속적 승계하며 발전한 승계형 문명 발전 구조를 갖고 있다.
또한 시대별로 지중해 문명 발전의 주최는 동과 서를 넘나들고 있다. 인류 최초의 문명인 오리엔트 문명과 페르시안 문명의 주인공은 현재의 아랍인과 페르시아인들이었으며, 후속 문명인 고대 그리스 문명은 그리스에 의해 주도되었다. 알렉산드로스가 이끈 헬레니즘문명과 이를 계승한 로마문명은 서구인들이 이끌었으며, 이후 비잔틴제국을 궁지로 몰아 세우고 중세 지중해의 강자로 등장한 세력은 다시 아랍인이었다. 르네상스시대 지중해의 패권은 오스만 투르크와 유럽이 분점하며 경쟁하고 있었다. 동과 서가 지중해 문명의 패권을 마치 핑퐁게임하듯 서로 공유하며 함께 발전시켜 온 것이다.

Translation - English Preface
XXX was founded in XXX University in 1997 to conduct researches on the Mediterranean region in interdisciplinary and comprehensive manner. The Mediterranean region is a complex civilized area in which Asian, European, and African civilizations coexist, and is the matrix of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. It is also the origin of the major civilization of mankind along with the civilization of Chinese characters in Asia.
The civilizations of the Mediterranean represented by the civilization of Christianity and Islam share the individuality and the commonality. Also, the preceding civilization presented its achievements and accomplishments to the succeeding civilization, and the next civilization that developed them further passed on the accomplishment to another succeeding civilization. Therefore, the Mediterranean civilization has the successive-type civilization development structure that has been developed by continuous successions of the previous civilization.
In addition, the core of the development of the Mediterranean civilization goes back and forth between the East and the West by generations. The main characters of the Orient Civilization, the first civilizations of humanity, and the Persian Civilization were now Arabs and Persians, and the Greek Civilization, the subsequent civilization, was initiated by Greece. The Hellenistic Civilization led by Alexandros and the Roman Civilization which inherited Hellenism were led by the Western people, and Arabs once again emerged as the strong force of the Medieval Mediterranean which drove the Byzantine Empire to the corner. The power of the Mediterranean during the Renaissance era was divided in competition by the Ottoman Turks and Europe. The East and the West shared the power of the Mediterranean civilization as if they were playing ping-pong, and developed it together.
Because of this historical and cultural soil and background of the Mediterranean region, the study of the Mediterranean region is comprehensive and requires interdisciplinary research through systematic collaboration. In parallel with the microscopic studies on the individual regions of the Mediterranean, macroscopic Mediterranean studies that cover the study of the entire Mediterranean region connected through the Mediterranean sea. This is why the Mediterranean region has been mentioned as a major subject of global history studies, which is being emphasized recently.
Because of this academic nature of the study on the Mediterranean region, collaboration with the research institutes is necessary to facilitate the study of the Mediterranean region, and the establishment of the XXX led by the Institute for Mediterranean Studies would be a powerful way to accomplish it.
As part of the establishment of the XXX, this study seeks to find out the status of major Mediterranean research institutions around the world. By sharing the status, major research activities, and the achievements of the major Mediterranean research institutes, a complementary collaborative system can be established among the institutes. It will also provide the basic data for collaborative research between the research institutes and make a real cooperation between them.
We hope that this research outcome will be shared with research institutions for the Mediterranean region around the world, and contributes to the foundation and environment in which this study on the Mediterranean region can be conducted effectively.
