7.- For the shares, Board of Directors held a list of valid holders and the list will also records a share letter number, name list and residential address of each respective shareholders and other information which is deemed to be necessary.
[1}Any change of address should be informed in written to the Board of Directors, as long as the change has not been made, then all of the letters and meeting calls for the shareholders will be send to recent recorded address in the list of company’s shareholders.
As per request of shareholder, the list should be shown.
[1}8.-If shareholder wants to sell his/her shares, then he/she should offer his/her shares in advance with the registered letter to another {2]shareholders{3], after stated his/her will to the Board of Directors with the registered letter by mentioning the asking price.
[1}Within a mont after the offer, the respective {2]shareholders{3] replacement, granted the replacements -- cost for the proposal requester, if able to submit acceptable evidences {4]to{5] the Board of Directors that the share letters are truly lost or destroyed and with guarantees that in any {6]i{7] occasion is deemed necessary by the Broad of Directors.
[1}4.-Giving of replacement for the lost share letters should be advertised in {2] Official Gazette {3] of Republic of Indonesia by the Board of Directors.
[1}5.- Because of the replacements according to this
{2]pe{3], then the original share letters become no longer valid to the Company.
