This year under the IMF system overall industrial activities have lost their vitality except export, and even export is expected to suffer a setback in 3 to 4 months due to rapid decrease of importing raw materials, the collapse of real economy being likely to happen increasingly. For Electronics and Info-communications Industry, in especial, home appliances and Info-coms are losing profitability, and their distribution systems show signs of chaos.
For semi-conductors, their operating ratio is getting higher thanks to export increase, but there is a fear that they might fail to preoccupy next generation products owing to USA filing a dump suit as well as investment reduction.
