U drugoj fazi ulazimo u proces izrade predloga logotipa prema primljenim smernicama. Nakon odabira jednog od predloga pristupa se reviziji istog ukoliko je to potrebno. Broj predloga i revizija zavisi od odabrnog paketa.

After this phase, the production process will start and last for up to 7 days.
During the second phase, we enter the process of creating several logo proposals by following the received guidelines. After selecting one of the designs, if necessary, next step is the revision of the chosen logo. The number of design proposals and revisions depends on the selected package.

Копчёные и полукопчёные колбасы

Полукопчёная колбаса. Ёе особенность в дополнительной обработке холодом. В готовый фарш добавляют воду и лёд. Колбасные батоны выдерживаются при нулевой температуре около 6 часов, только после этого колбасу коптят.

Сырокопчёная колбаса. В производстве этого вида колбас применяют коньяк и большое количество пряностей. Фарш для колбас проходит вызревание 10 дней, а готовые колбасы зреют дополнительно 30-40 суток. Коптятся колбасы при температуре дыма 20-25°C.

Копчёные и полукопчёные колбасы в «Берёзке» имеют надёжную «родословную»: изготавливаются из мяса животных из экологической Баварии в идеальных условиях немецкого производства и согласно государственным стандартам, разработанным ещё в СССР.

Bio

I was born into a bilingual family (Serbian & Bulgarian
languages used daily) and throughout my life, I was passionate about learning
and mastering foreign languages. First I started with various Balkan languages,
which is expected having in mind where I grew up. Afterward came English and
Russian.

I mastered my Russian by interacting daily with native
speakers for 7 years and still use it daily to this moment. My husband is
Russian and a few relatives as well, which gives me the opportunity to
understand the language more deeply. I also worked for a Russian company for 3
years - interior and graphic design, assistant, and translator. Translations
were related to the food industry - articles for magazines, translation of food
ingredient labels, and marketing materials. I still translate articles for
their website and social media page.

After graduating from the National Academy of Arts (BA
degree in Fashion design) I worked as a teacher of Arts and Technology for 4
years in Varna and Sofia (Bulgaria) and translated much of the materials needed
for work. History of Art and Costume, Technology, Pedagogy, many articles
regarding the psychology of color, and even one children's book for young
scouts. All of the sources were mostly English but also Russian and Serbian.

Translations I did in Serbian were for Tera Communications
company - mobile and entertainment-related texts. This was a great experience
that showed me the fun and positive side of a translator's job.
