Source text - English An Order is issued and governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the attached General Supply Specifica- tions. Any Special Terms and Conditions contained in the Order must be expressly accepted by the Company. Any contractual clause in- serted by the Customer on its Orders, notes and correspondence which conflicts with the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the attached General Supply Specifications is irrelevant. It will not be contractually binding unless it is agreed, approved and endorsed with the signature of Company’s legal representative.
Any acceptance by the Company of any amendment to an Order will be formalised by the issue of a new Order Confirmation, which will contain the amount of expenses and/or costs incurred by the Company caused by this amendment and will be binding 5 working days from the date the new Order Confirmation was sent to the CUSTOMER.
