Dear participant,
We are facing increasing threats against information and information processing. For effective protection we have found that your awareness is of vital importance.
Training Objectives:
As can be seen in “1. The Mission of Information Security” on page 8 you are personally responsible for protecting information from unauthorized access, modification, destruction, or disclosure. To be able to assume this responsibility, you need some basic education. The Information Security Awareness Program was developed and is being implemented for this purpose After completing the training, you will have a better understanding of the security measures within Stora Enso and be able to apply them intelligently.
Achieving an adequate level of security may conflict with ease of use and convenience. For example, having to change your password every 90 days might seem rather stupid to you, because nobody in the world will ever guess your password. However, if someone with quick eyes or advanced technical gadgets discovers your password, how will you ever notice? So you may compare information security rules with a set of precautions. If you travel to Mexico or Kenya, you would probably prefer to take a few vaccinations, instead of just hoping to not be infected. Similarly, it is better to apply information security procedures instead of just hoping that nothing will happen.
When you follow the rules set forth in this manual, you will achieve an adequate level of security. However, you are not protected against high-tech espionage attacks. You cannot achieve 100% security. So, please do not dream of eliminating all possible risks. As you know, your whole life is a risk. But by applying what you will learn during this course, you will protect yourself against quick and easy theft or attack and other threats.
You will find that this course is not limited to IT security, but also deals with telephone, fax and paper handling. The reason is that this course deals with security of information in all its forms. It would make no sense to go to great lengths to protect IT systems only leave printouts in plain sight on a desk.
Information security may not be the most exciting topic. Nevertheless, we have tried to make this course interesting and stimulating.
Your efforts as a participant are valuable, since they further the Group’s goals and strategy which include creating a common platform for awareness of Information Security. This platform is of crucial importance in a world with increasing threats.

Мировой опыт свидетельствует о том, что автомобильный транспорт способен не только значительно повысить уровень мобильности населения, но и обеспечить высокие темпы экономического роста. Полная реализация потенциала провозных возможностей автомобильного транспорта способна качественно изменить характер размещения и взаимодействия производительных сил, расширить рынки сбыта продукции, способствовать сбалансированному развитию регионов страны.
Известные преимущества автомобильного транспорта (обеспечение партионности, возможность организации работы "с колес", доставка "от двери до двери", скорость, гибкость, мобильность, надежность) позволяют рассматривать его как наиболее рыночно ориентированный вид транспорта. Автомобильному транспорту нет адекватной замены при перевозках дорогостоящих грузов на небольшие и средние расстояния, в транспортном обеспечении розничной торговли, производственной логистики, строительной индустрии, агрокомплекса, а также малого бизнеса.
Автомобильный транспорт играет важнейшую роль в становлении и развитии рыночной экономики, в сфере обращения товаров "производство-транспорт-потребление" и формировании рынков сбыта и услуг.

Social and economic development of Belarus is accompanied by the increase of demand for transport services from the side of population and economy. A special role in the supplying this demand belongs to motor transport.
World experience shows that motor transport is able not only to increase significantly the level of population’s mobility but to provide high rate of economic growth as well. Complete realization of the potential of motor transport’s carrying possibilities can qualitatively change the character of allocation and interaction of productive forces, expand markets and contribute to the balanced development of country’s regions.
Well-known advantages of motor transport (provision of portioning, possibility of organizing work “on wheels”, delivery “from door to door", speed, flexibility, mobility, reliability) allow considering it as the most market-oriented transport means. There is no adequate replacement of motor transport when carrying expensive goods for short or medium distances, in the transport maintenance of retail trade, productive logistics, building industry and small-scale business.
Motor transport plays the most important role in the formation and development of market economy, in the field of goods turnover "production-transport-consumption" and formation of markets and services.
