Οι αιτίες της απότομης αυτή μεταβολής παραμένουν αδιευκρίνιστες. Η γένεση του ανακτορικού συστήματος της Κρήτης δεν μπορεί να ερμηνευτεί μόνο ως αποτέλεσμα της ανάπτυξης των σχέσεών της με τους γειτονικούς πολιτισμούς, ακόμα και αν τα σύγχρονα παραδείγματα των ανακτόρων της Ανατολής συνέβαλαν στην ανάπτυξη της μνημειώδους αρχιτεκτονικής. Σήμερα τονίζεται περισσότερο η πολιτισμική συνέχεια από τις αγροτικές κοινότητες της Πρωτομινωικής περιόδου στις ανακτορικές πόλεις της Μεσομινωικής. Μένει να εξακριβώσουμε πώς, στα πλαίσια αυτής της συνέχειας, η σύγκλιση ορισμένων οικονομικών και κοινωνικών παραγόντων μπόρεσε να προκαλέσει τη δομική αλλαγή που εκδηλώνεται με την ίδρυση των ανακτόρων. | Translation - English
The causes behind this sudden transition remain unclear. The genesis of the palatial system in Crete cannot only be interpreted as the result of the development of relations with neighbouring civilisations, even if current examples of Anatolian palaces contributed to the development of monumental architecture. Today, the emphasis is more on cultural continuation from the farming settlements of the Proto Minoan period to the palatial cities of the Middle Minoan. It remains to be clarified how, within the framework of this continuation, the convergence of certain economic and social parameters was able to trigger the structural change manifested with the establishment of the palaces. |

The quality of life associated with health basically extends the meaning of health through a holistic approach as shown in the following practical definition: “The quality of life associated with the disease is the quantification of its effect on everyday life and well-being in an official and typified manner”. In addition, the quality of life associated with health is mainly regulated by state of health, functionality, awareness about the disease, health habits, use of services, social support system, the individual’s ability to adapt, financial status, psychological state and level of education of each individual. |
