Source text - English "Products" shall mean the Products listed in Schedule A under the Product names, model number and guarantee conditions mentioned therein.
In order to cover the whole Product range, Company may, from time to time, supply, directly or indirectly, certain Products manufactured by third parties, having an identical quality standard as that of the Company’s.
The ex-works prices shall mean the prices listed in Schedule B from the ex-works location set forth therein. The conditions of sale shall be those shown in Schedule C.
Schedules A, B, C and D attached hereto are an integral part to the Agreement.
Products transacted under this Agreement shall include all accessories and parts related thereto. Company shall be entitled at any time to add, replace or delete any item of Products listed in Schedule A, provided that it so advises Dealer at least 90 (ninety) days in advance by registered mail specifying the effective date of the change made to Schedule A.
Translation - Polish "Produkty" będą oznaczać Produkty wymienione w Wykazie A z nazwami Produktów, numerem modelu i warunkami gwarancji wymienionymi tamże.
W celu zapewnienia całej gamy Produktów, Firma może, od czasu do czasu, dostarczyć, bezpośrednio lub pośrednio, pewne Produkty wytworzone przez osoby trzecie, mające te same standardy jakości jak te wytworzone przez Firmę.

Firma będzie miała prawo w dowolnym momencie dodać, wymienić lub usunąć jakikolwiek artykuł wymieniony w Wykazie A, pod warunkiem, że zawiadomi Dealera listem poleconym, z co najmniej dziewięćdziesięciodniowym wyprzedzeniem precyzując datę, od której zmiana w Wykazie A będzie wiążąca.
