Source text - English 4.1 Within 1 week of the signature date, the seller shall provide the purchaser with a document setting out the exact format for the documentary credit, whether a letter of credit or bank guarantee or any other form of security acceptable to the seller and it's bankers, in the sole discretion of the seller (hereinafter referred to as “the guarantee”). The guarantee must provide to the satisfaction of the seller and its bankers that the issuing bank irrevocably guarantees to effect payment of the purchase price to the seller on presentation of proof that the product has been loaded onto the ship at the port of shipment in accordance with the Inco terms 2000 CIF contract. In the event of the delivery of the product being effected in more than one shipment, the guarantee shall reflect this fact and make provision for partial payments to the satisfaction of the seller and its bank.
4.2. Within 10 international banking days of date of receipt of the guarantee, the purchaser shall provide the seller with a signed original of such guarantee issued by one of the top 50 western banks (and which bank is acceptable to the seller). In the event that the purchaser fails to provide such signed guarantee to the seller within the ten day time period, this agreement shall be null and void and of no force and effect.
4.3. Once the guarantee has been provided as aforesaid, the seller shall provide the purchaser with a performance bond to the value of 2% of the contract, activated upon receipt of the guarantee. The parties shall agree on a delivery schedule of the product incorporating date/s for delivery of the product provided that the first delivery shall be between thirty and forty five days after receipt of the guarantee, subject to availability of the product and availability of a vessel/s to transport the product. Regular and normal delivery time for the monthly consignment is between 3 to 4 weeks, which means, that if covered by correspondent payment instruments, weekly deliveries are possible on request.
4.4. Within 5 days of receipt of the guarantee, the name of the port of shipment shall be advised by the seller and shall be a safe world port and a non USA sanctioned port. All taxes, levies and port duties imposed by the country of the port of shipment are for the seller’s account and its sole responsibility.
4.5. Within 5 days of receipt of the guarantee by the Seller, the name of the port of destination shall be advised by the purchaser and shall be a safe world port and a non-USA sanctioned port. All taxes, levies and port duties imposed by the country of the port of destination are for the purchaser’s account and its sole responsibility.
4.6In the event that delivery is effected by more than one shipment, no single shipment shall be less than twelve and half thousand metric tons shipments subject to slight and reasonable variations in schedules due to the customary and usual exigencies with a five percent variation allowed either way.

Real Time Gross Settlement System or RTGS is a large value funds transfer system, whereby banks can settle inter-bank transfers for their own account and also that of their customers.
The system executes final settlement of inter-bank funds transfers on a real time basis, transaction-by-transaction basis throughout the day without netting the debits and credits.
Technically, RTGS is a real time settlement of inter-bank payment system in a fully secure environment using digital signatures and PKI-based encryption for safe message transmission
The primary justification for a RTGS system is its ability to limit risks and bring in an element of efficiency to entire the business transaction. RTGS systems can contribute substantially to limiting payment system risks. With their continuous intraday final transfer capability, RTGS systems are able to minimize or even eliminate the basic inter-bank risks in the settlement process.
More specifically, RTGS can substantially reduce the duration of credit and liquidity exposures.
Secondly, being a paperless form of a system where funds get transferred almost instantaneously (theoretically), this brings in an efficiency to the underlying business transaction.
Banks could use balances maintained under the cash reserve ratio (CRR) instead of the intra-day liquidity (IDL) to be supplied by the central bank for meeting any eventuality arising out of the real time gross settlement (RTGS). The RBI has fixed the IDL limit for banks to three times their net owned fund (NOF).
The system allows setting parameters for the collection of charges for both inward and outward messages. The setup required of collection of fee for both inward and outward rejects can also be defined. Based on the type of charge collection specific to a country, the parameters can be defined in the system.
Overview
This module provides information on the Real Time Gross Settlement System module of the APARA Core Banking Solution.
The Real Time Gross Settlement System creates a seamless interface for the user for entering a transaction. The transaction originates in APARA and is sent across to the Participant Interface (PI) automatically. APARA will generate transactions with the inward messages.
The transaction and message details of the payment system are captured and transmitted to the PI. Similarly for incoming messages from the PI, the transactions are generated in APARA and the messages are stored for further processing.

Точнее говоря, СППРРВ системы сокращают продолжительность кредита и подвергание ликвидности финансовым рискам.
Во-вторых, будучи безбумажной формой системы, где средства перечисляются почти незамедлительно (теоретически), позволит тем самым привнести эффективность в основную деловую (коммерческую) операцию.
Банки могут использовать балансы, зафиксированные в соответствии с отношением наличных резервов (ОНР) вместо внутридневных ликвидных средств (ВЛС), которые снабжаются центральным банком для удовлетворения любой непредвиденной ситуации, возникшей вне системы проведения платежа в режиме реального времени. ЦВИ зафиксировал для банков лимит ВЛС в трехкратном размере чистой суммы их собственных средств.
Система позволяет установить параметры для взимания сборов, как для внутренних, так и для внешних сообщений. Установка, требующая комиссионный сбор, как для внутреннего, так и для внешнего производственного брака, так же должна быть определена.

Title: Concertina-Wire Barrier Rapid Deployment Apparatus and Method
FIELD AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to concertina-wire barriers and, in particular, it concerns their deployment in locations with a changing travel gradient and in locations removed from a deployment vehicle’s line of travel.
US patent No. 6682279 discloses a vehicular deployment method for concertina-wire barriers along a path of travel by loading a compressed barrier onto a vehicular deployment rack, anchoring a portion of the wire to a substrate and driving along the deployment path so that the anchored concertina wire applies a tension to the compacted concertina-wire coil arrangement and stretches it longitudinally onto the deployment path. However, there are settings that pose problems for such a deployment method. During uphill deployments the coil arrangement tends to slide off the rack prematurely. Proposed deployments along routes difficult for vehicles to negotiate or along paths set apart from the existing vehicle access track render the above-mentioned method almost useless. An additional shortcoming is its inability to load the coils onto the deployment rack. US patent No. 7290756 discloses a method and device employing a magazine that deploys the concertina-wire coil arrangements while being towed by a vehicle. Several shortcomings emerge when deploying the barrier over distance requiring many lengths of concertina-wire coil arrangements.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is method and device for loading, deploying, and retrieving concertina-wire barrier along paths of varying gradients or along paths set apart from available vehicle access routes via a single vehicle.
According to the teachings of the present invention there is provided a method for rapid deployment of concertina-wire barriers along varying travel gradients comprising: (a) providing a compacted concertina-wire coil arrangement and a carry structure including a support structure, said support structure supporting said concertina-wire coil arrangement; (b) moving said carry structure along the varying travel gradient so as to progressively deploy the concertina wire from said compacted concertina-wire coil arrangement as a barrier; and (c) adjusting a tilt of said support structure while said carry structure moves along the varying travel gradient so that said supported, compacted concertina-wire coil arrangement is gravitationally biased not to slide off said support structure thereby establishing a required deployment tension.

Данное изобретение относится к барьерам армированной колючей ленты, в особенности, это касается развертывания их на местностях с изменяющимся дорожным уклоном, и на местностях удаленных от расположения транспортного направления движения.
Патент США № 6682279 раскрывает метод с развертыванием спиральных барьеров безопасности из армированной колючей ленты, при помощи транспортного средства, вдоль дороги, а так же погрузки укомплектованного барьера спирали армированной колючей ленты на багажник транспортного средства. Колючая проволока закрепляется на багажнике и при движении, вдоль дороги развертывания, тянет специальный барабан спирали армированной колючей ленты и растягивает ее по всей длине дороги. Однако существуют установочные параметры, которые привносят некоторые трудности в данный метод с развертыванием. Во время развертывания проволоки вверх по дороге, специальный барабан спирали армированной колючей ленты, как правило, падает с багажника. Предложенные развертывания, вдоль дорог, сложны для транспортных средств в преодолении препятствий или длинных дорог, расположенных вдали от подъездных транспортных трасс, что приводит почти к бесполезности вышеупомянутого метода. Еще один недостаток - невозможность погрузки спирали на багажник транспортного средства.Патент США № 7290756 раскрывает метод и способ использования устройства для подачи или приёма штучных предметов. Это устройство развёртывает специальные барабаны спирали армированной колючей ленты, которые тянуться транспортным средством.
КРАТКОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯ
Данное изобретение является методом и способом для погрузки, развёртывания спирального барьера безопасности из армированной колючей ленты, при помощи одного транспортного средства, вдоль дорог, троп с изменяемой величиной уклона или расположенных вдали от подъездных транспортных дорог.
В соответствии с доктринами данного изобретения предусматривается метод быстрого развертывания спиральных барьеров безопасности из армированной колючей ленты вдоль изменяемых величину дорожных уклонов, состоящий из: (а) поставка укомплектованного специального барабана спирали армированной колючей ленты и переносного устройства, включающего несущую конструкцию, вышеуказанная несущая конструкция, поддерживающая специальный барабан спирали армированной колючей ленты; (б) передвижение вышеуказанного переносного устройства вдоль изменяемых величину дорожных уклонов, с целью постепенного развёртывания барьера армированной колючей ленты из вышеуказанного специального барабана; (в) регулирование наклонного положения вышеупомянутой несущей конструкции, во время движения переносного устройства, вдоль изменяемых величину дорожных уклонов, таким образом, поддерживая его. Укомплектованный специальный барабан спирали армированной колючей ленты устанавливается гравитационным способом во избежание падения с вышеуказанной несущей конструкции, таким образом, обеспечивая требуемое натяжение для развёртывания.

13.2 Security of the flight crew compartment
13.2.1 In all aeroplanes which are equipped with a flight crew compartment door, this door shall be
capable of being locked, and means shall be provided by which cabin crew can discreetly notify the
flight crew in the event of suspicious activity or security breaches in the cabin.
13.2.2 From 1 November 2003, all passenger-carrying aeroplanes of a maximum certificated take-off
mass in excess of 45 500 kg or with a passenger seating capacity greater than 60 shall be equipped
with an approved flight crew compartment door that is designed to resist penetration by small arms
fire and grenade shrapnel, and to resist forcible intrusions by unauthorized persons. This door shall
be capable of being locked and unlocked from either pilot’s station.
13.2.3 In all aeroplanes which are equipped with a flight crew compartment door in accordance with
13.2.2:
(a) this door shall be closed and locked from the time all external doors are closed following
embarkation until any such door is opened for disembarkation, except when necessary to
permit access and egress by authorized persons; and
(b) means shall be provided for monitoring from either pilot’s station the entire door area
outside the flight crew compartment to identify persons requesting entry .Various different
means may satisfy this “monitoring” requirement. Main objective is to ensure that the
Flight Crew will visually, positively verify who is at the flight compartment door and the
exact circumstances existing prior to unlocking the door.

13.2 Система защиты кабины лётного экипажа.
13.2.1. Во всех самолётах, которые оснащены дверью отсека лётного экипажа, дверь должна иметь механическую блокировку, а также предоставляются устройства, с помощью которых кабинный экипаж может лично уведомить лётный экипаж в случае действий, вызывающих подозрение или повреждения в системе защиты кабины.
13.2.2. С 1 ноября 2003 года, все пассажирские самолёты, у которых установленное максимальное количество взлетной массы превышает 45500 килограмм, или с пассажирскими сидячими местами, чье количество значительно больше 60, должны быть оснащены апробированной дверью отсека летного экипажа. Эта дверь предназначена для защиты от небольших языков пламени, осколков гранаты и принудительного вторжения неуполномоченных лиц. Её можно блокировать и разблокировать с любой станции пилота.
13.2.3. Во всех самолётах, которые оснащены дверью отсека лётного экипажа в соответствии с 13.2.2:
а) дверь должна быть закрыта и заблокирована с момента закрытия всех наружных дверей после совершения посадки до тех пор, пока ни одна из таких дверей не откроется для совершения высадки. Исключением является необходимость разрешения пропуска или выхода уполномоченным лицам.
б) должны предоставляться устройства для мониторинга наружной части двери отсека лётного экипажа с любой станции пилота, для распознания лиц, требующих прохода. Множество разных устройств отвечают требованиям данного «мониторинга». Основной его задачей является гарантия точного удостоверения личности человека, находящегося у двери отсека лётного экипажа и контроля обстановки до момента снятия блокировки с двери.
