The thermoplastic multi-grid overmolded/co-consolidated aircraft fuselage structure and its method of construction of this disclosure overcome many of the shortcomings associated with current practices of constructing an aircraft fuselage discussed earlier. The aircraft structure of this disclosure employs an overmolding process that significantly simplifies the aircraft structure and significantly reduces the time required for constructing the aircraft structure.
The aircraft structure and its method of construction described herein is part of a small portion of a complete aircraft fuselage. However, the aircraft structure and the method described herein can be employed in constructing large sections of an aircraft fuselage that are later assembled to form the overall structure of the aircraft fuselage. Additionally, the aircraft structure and its method of construction can be employed in constructing other parts of an aircraft.

METHOD TO CONTROL A WELLBORE BOTTOM HOLE PRESSURE

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

An apparatus and method for controlling bottom hole pressure to a near-constant value during connections and/or maintain a constant surface back pressure, more specifically with the use of managed pressure drilling (MPD) when the pumps are stopped.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
When drilling for oil and gas, one encounters geological formations that have a narrower tolerance for changes in bottom hole pressure. A widely adopted solution to this problem is the so called 'Managed Pressure Drilling' (MPD). In this method of drilling, the annular space is closed to the atmosphere by means of a Rotating Control Device (RCD). A RCD is a pressure-control device used during drilling for the purpose of making a seal around the drillstring during its rotation. The RCD is designed to contain hydrocarbons or other wellbore fluids and prevent their release in the atmosphere. The RCD diverts the fluid into a manifold armed with a specialized choke that allows manipulation of the well's bottom hole pressure. Right before breaking connection to add a new stand, the pumps are ramped down. At the same time, the dynamic component of the bottom hole pressure drops and needs to be compensated for, in order to maintain a near-constant bottom hole pressure.

Устройство и способ регулирования давления на забое до уровня, близкого к постоянному, при проведении соединений и/или поддержании постоянного противодавления на поверхность, более конкретно, с использованием бурения с управляемым давлением (MPD, managed pressure drilling), когда насосы останавливаются.

УРОВЕНЬ ТЕХНИКИ
При бурении нефтяных и газовых скважин встречаются геологические формации, которые имеют более узкий допуск на изменения давления на забое. Широко известным решением этой проблемы является так называемое «бурение с управляемым давлением» (MPD, Managed Pressure Drilling). В этом способе бурения кольцевое пространство перекрыто от атмосферы посредством вращающегося отклоняющего превентора (RCD, Rotating Control Device). RCD представляет собой устройство для регулирования давления, используемое в процессе бурения для создания уплотнения вокруг бурильной колонны во время ее вращения. RCD предназначен для удержания углеводородов или других скважинных флюидов и предотвращения их выброса в атмосферу. RCD отводит скважинный флюид в коллектор, оснащенный специальным штуцером, который обеспечивает управление давлением на забое. Непосредственно перед прерыванием соединения для добавления новой свечи бурильных труб насосы замедляются. В то же время динамическая составляющая давления на забое падает, и ее необходимо компенсировать, чтобы поддерживать давление на забое на уровне, близком к постоянному.
