English to Russian: Business ecology concept (Концепция экологии бизнеса)
Source text - English Business ecology states that change emerges whether you like it or not. Populations establish themselves, grow to an optimum level and die off: products are launched and sales grow, but at a certain point they reach saturation point and are replaced. In organisational terms, managers can affect each stage of an S curve but not the fact that change will happen and will follow this shape.
This sounds pessimistic but is quite the opposite. The S curve provides a predictable core in a seemingly chaotic situation. As Human Insight has found, most managers know intuitively where their organisations sit on the S curve. Once that knowledge is made explicit they can create the conditions for natural growth. They have an aim that is ultimately to jump on to the next S curve.
Translation - Russian Согласно концепции экологии бизнеса, перемены происходят независимо от нашей воли. Народы образуются естественным путем, достигают в своем развитии наивысшего уровня, а затем умирают. Точно так же происходит и с продуктом: он появляется на рынке, объем его продаж возрастает, однако через некоторое время он достигает точки насыщения, и на смену ему приходит новый продукт. Source text - English Visitors' parking should be clearly signposted and marked and should ideally be outside the perimeter fence. If it is inside the perimeter, entry should be via a single arm raising barrier, controlled and operated by the Guard Room. The visitor should announce himself via an intercom at the barrier. Visitors' cars should then proceed to an area separate from staff parking, with no vehicular access between the two areas. Visitors' parking should be remote from any buildings, so that the impact of a car bomb would be diminished. Vehicle exit from the visitors' car park should be by an automatic raising arm barrier, operated by a pressure pad shortly before the barrier.
Translation - Russian Автостоянка для автомобилей посетителей должна быть четко обозначена с помощью указателей и в идеале располагаться за пределами огражденного периметра. Если она всё же находится на территории периметра, то въезд должен осуществляться через автоматический подъёмный шлагбаум с одним коромыслом, управляемый и контролируемый из помещения охраны.
