Source text - English Requisition [p_pod_req_nbr]
Enter the number of an open, approved requisition to be associated with this purchase order line, if any. Item, quantity, unit of measure, unit cost, due date, Purchases account, and line type default from the requisition.
The system displays an error if:
• The requisition is closed or canceled.
• The requisition has not been approved or has not been routed to purchasing.
The system displays a warning if:
• The requisition site does not match the site entered on the PO line.
• The requisition supplier is not the same as the PO supplier.
A requisition is an authorization to purchase a specific quantity of a particular item by a specific due date. Create requisitions manually or by approving a planned order generated by materials requirement planning (MRP).
When an order references a requisition, the requisition quantity is reduced by the quantity ordered. When the requisition quantity becomes 0 (zero), the system automatically closes it. Delete closed requisitions with Requisition Delete/Archive.
Note A requisition recorded on a blanket order is not reduced until the blanket order is released to create a purchase order.

Una richiesta è un’autorizzazione ad acquistare una specifica quantità di un particolare articolo entro una data di scadenza specifica. Crea richieste manualmente o approvando un ordine pianificato generato da MRP (Material Requirement Planning).
Quando un ordine fa riferimento ad una richiesta, la quantità della richiesta viene ridotta della quantità ordinata. La richiesta viene automaticamente chiusa dal sistema quando la quantità della richiesta diventa 0 (zero). Cancellare le richieste chiuse con Cancella/Archivia Richieste.
Note Una richiesta registrata su un ordine aperto non viene ridotta finché l’ordine aperto viene rilasciato per creare un ordine di acquisto.

Source text - Italian RELAZIONE SULLA GESTIONE AL BILANCIO CHIUSO AL 31 DICEMBRE 2005
Signori Azionisti,
La relazione sulla situazione della società e sull’andamento della gestione viene presentata a corredo del bilancio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2005, che sottoponiamo alla Vostra approvazione in data odierna nel rispetto del termine previsto dall’art. 2364 del Codice Civile.
Nel rinviarVi alla nota integrativa al bilancio, per quanto attiene all’analisi ed ai dettagli esplicativi delle variazioni intervenute nelle voci dello stato patrimaniale e del conto economico, nelle pagine che seguono, provvediarno a renderVi le opportune informazioni in merito della gestione della Vostra Società nel decorso esercizio ed alle prospettive future, in conformità a quanto previsto dall'articolo 2428 del Codice Civile.
ANDAMENTO DELLA GESTIONE
L’esercizio appena chiuso ha visto il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di volumi e di fatturato del Piano Industriale che fu approvato dalla Società nel 2002 a copertura del triennio che si è concluso nell’anno in riferimento. La Società sta già predisponendo un nuovo Piano Industriale.
Come si evidenzia dal bilancio, nell’esercizio in riferimento vi é stata la netta inversione di dell'equilibrio economico della Vostra Società, la quale, altre ad aver raggiunto il break-even ha anche realizzato un margine operativo pari a Euro XXX contro gli Euro (YYY) dell’esercizio precedente.
L’anno testé trascorso ha visto il Consiglio di Amministrazione operare lungo le seguenti direttrici:
a) Il sostanziale comptetamento della rete itatiana italiana che, con l’aggiunta della filiale di Catania, oltre a quelle di Brescia, Ancona, Bologna, Bari, Genova, Palermo, Milano ed Udine, già presenti nello scorso esercizio, ha raggiunto Ia struttura ravvisata funzionale al servizio del territorio;
b) L’affitto di un ramo d’azienda nell’area del parmense con opzione di acquisto al termine di contratto;
c) Lo sviluppo della Divisione Aereo a Milano, con il consolidamento del Settore Export, e la creazione del Settore Import, tuttora in fase di sviluppo;
d) lo sviluppo della rete estera rispettoalla quale, oltre agli investimenti realizzati attraverso la cantrollata AprileNET Srl, è proseguito e si e' svituppato il cammino di progressiva integrazione commerciale, già iniziato lo scorso esercizio, con primari interlocutori nelle aree di sviluppo prescelte. La Vostra Società è oggi presente direttamente in 11 nazioni (Argentina, Brasile, Ecuador, Cile, Cina, Cuba, Messico, Peru, UK, USA, Venezuela).

The report on the financial situation of the company and its management is presented together with the Yearly Report as of 31 December 2005 for your approval in compliance with art/ 2364 of the Civil Code.
You are kindly invited to refer to the supplementary note to the financial statements as it outlines the analysis and explanatory details of the most significant changes in the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account. You will also find outlined the results achieved by your Company during the course of the period and the future prospects, in compliance with the provisions of article 2428 of the Civil Code.
MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE
In the past accounting period we have reached the targets set in the Industrial Plan approved by the Company in 2002 for the three following years. The Company is currently working on the new Industrial Plan.
As highlighted in the financial statements, during last year we have seen a net turnaround on the economic balance of your Company that, after reaching the break-even, has realised an operational margin equal to Euro XXX against Euro (YYY) of the previous period.
Last year, the Board of Directors has operated to achieve the below:
a) improvement of the Italian network, with the inclusion of the new branch in Catania, in addition to Brescia, Ancona, Bologna, Bari, Genoa, Palermo, Milan and Udine already operative during the last accounting period, thus reaching the functional structure required to cover the entire territory;
b) rental of a branch of the Company in the Parma area with option to buy at the end of the contract;
c) development of the Division Aereo in Milan, consolidating the Export sector and the creation of an Import sector, currently being developed;
d) development of the foreign network that, in addition to the investments realised through the subsidiary AprileNET, has seen a progressive commercial integration with the primary players in the chosen development areas.
