Source text - Spanish Las uvas que se utilizan para este vino son parte de la variedad Verdejo plantadas en diferentes puntos de la D.O Rueda (Pozaldez, La Seca, Serrada...) todos ellos en espaldera. Son suelos en su mayoría arcillosos y pedregosos. La otra variedad utilizada es la Viura, variedad secundaria en la D.O Rueda pero que también goza de muchos años de historia, es por ello que gran parte de estos viñedos están plantados en vaso y en terrenos muy “cascajosos” de la zona de La Seca.
El clima es continental, con inviernos muy fríos y abundantes heladas. La primavera y el otoño es de temperaturas más suaves y lluvias frecuentes, veranos cálidos y secos con la característica que más nos diferencia a esta zona que es el gran intercambio térmico entre el día y la noche llegándose a registrar una diferencia de hasta 20 ºC.
La vendimia se realiza a mediados de septiembre cuando el estado de maduración es el óptimo para su recolección realizándose de forma mecánica y por la noche aprovechando la ausencia de rayos solares y las bajas temperaturas para evitar oxidaciones en los mostos. Las distintas variedades son vendimiadas por separado.
ELABORACIÓN
Recepción de la uva en bodega, despalillado-estrujado con un prensado ligero para extracción del mosto yema. La elaboración de las distintas variedades siempre se vinifican por separado. Le realizamos una primera limpieza mediante un desfangado estático siempre ayudado con el frío para pasar a una fermentación alcohólica a baja temperatura (nunca por encima de 15ºC) durante 3 o 4 semanas. Inmediatamente después se le realiza un trasiego para eliminar lías gruesas y dejar solamente su propia lía fina. Finalmente se lleva a cabo una clarificación, estabilización y filtración ligera para posteriormente concluir con su embotellado.
Translation - Russian Для производства этого вина частично используется виноград сорта Вердехо, произрастающий на шпалерах в разных частях региона Руэда (Посальдес, Ла Сека, Серрада). Для этих районов характерны глинистые и каменистые почвы. Другой используемый сорт - это Виура, второй по значимости сорт в регионе Руэда, но имеющий многолетнюю историю. Именно поэтому большая часть этих виноградников высажена безопорно на щебенистых почвах района Ла Сека.
Климат здесь континентальный, с очень холодными зимами и частыми заморозками. Весной и осенью характерны более умеренные температуры и частые осадки, а лето обычно жаркое и сухое, и его основная отличительная черта - это большой перепад температур между днем и ночью, иногда достигающий 20 градусов.
Виноград собирают в середине сентября, когда он оптимально вызревает для механического сбора. Сбор происходит ночью, поэтому отсутствие солнечного света и низкие температуры предотвращают окисление виноградного сока. Разные сорта винограда собирают по отдельности.
ПРОИЗВОДСТВО
Виноград привозят на винодельню, отделяют от веточек и пускают под легкий пресс для извлечения сусла первого отжима. Разные сорта винограда всегда перерабатываются отдельно. Сначала выполняется первая очистка сусла методом холодной статической фильтрации, чтобы потом подвергнуться спиртовому брожению при низкой температуре (не выше 15°C) в течение 3-х или 4-х недель. Сразу после этого будущее вино переливается в новую емкость для удаления крупного осадка, чтобы остался только собственный тонкий винный осадок. Наконец, производится осветление, стабилизация и легкая фильтрация, после чего вино разливается в бутылки.

Source text - English On the 26th October 1994, the European Communities adopted the following Law : "The European Directive 94/47/EC of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of purchasers in respect of certain aspects of contracts relating to the purchase of the right to use immovable properties on a timeshare basis".
All EU countries were required to adapt their national law by the final date for implementation of April 29th 1997. The aim of the Directive to establish common rules to protect consumers in all EU Member States. The Directive covers transactions between commercial vendors and private buyers but excludes business-to-business transactions, agreements between private buyers and sellers, agreements with resale companies and agreements on canal/narrow boat timeshares.
It is important to note that the Directive applies to "any contract or group of contracts concluded for at least three years under which, directly or indirectly, on payment of a certain global price, a real property right or any other right relating to the use of one or more immovable properties for a specified or specifiable period of the year, which may not be less than one week, is established or is the subject of a transfer or an undertaking to transfer." Such a definition could mean that companies selling "timeshare" of less than three years (such as holiday packages), for example, are not covered by the legislation and therefore are not required to offer a cooling-off period.
The four main points to the EU Directive are: Buyers must have a statutory minimum "cooling off" period of ten days from signing the contract The taking of deposits before the end of the cooling off period is prohibited Contracts must be in the language of the Member State in which the buyer lives Purchasers must receive all descriptive information concerning the property and their rights. The Directive does not attempt to set up legal structures for timeshare. It is a consumer protection measure and concentrates on the position up to and including the time of the purchase contract.
