Source text - English 1. INSTALLATION OF KEYED HUBS.
1.1. Ensure that all the parts are clean.
1.2. Apply a light coat of grease to the O-rings (6) and install them in the sleeves (2,3 о 4,5) grooves
1.3. Apply grease on the sleeves (2.3 6 4,5) teeth. Place the sleeves on the shafts, avoid damage of the O-rings (6).
1.4. For sizes larger than MT-275 place only the cover (7) grooves.
1.5. Heats the hubs (1) to 11D-130°C pnorto installing. Do not use an open flame burner. Protect the O-rings against temperature (max. 0-nng tempera¬ture 75°C)
1.6. Install hubs (1) on their respective shafts. Hub faces have to be flush shaft end. In case of doubt, please contact us.
1.7. Install units to be connected in place and check the spacing "a,: between hubs. See fig. 2 on Page 3 or approved drawing for correct hub spacing ,:a". according to coupling type. In case of doubt, please contact us.
1.8. Align the two shafts, check alignment using a dial indicator or laser align¬ment. Alignment precision depends on running speed, (see fig. 4 on Page 4).
1.9 Allow the hubs (1) to cool before installing the sleeves (2.3 or 4,5) over the hubs. Apply grease on coupling hub (1) teeth before installing the sleeves (2,3 or 4,5).
Translation - Russian 1. УСТАНОВКА ВТУЛОК, ЗАКРЕПЛЕННЫХ ШПОНКАМИ
1.1. Убедиться в чистоте всех деталей.
1.2. Нанести тонкий слой смазки на уплотнительные кольца (6) и установить их в пазы обойм(2,3 или 4,5).
1.3. Нанести смазку на зубцы обойм(2,3 или 4,5). Установить обоймы на валы, избегая при этом повреждения уплотнительных колец(6).
1.4. Для муфт с размерами больше, чем MT-275, устанавливать уплотнительные кольца следует только в пазы крышки (7).
1.5. Перед установкой требуется нагреть втулки (1) до 110 - 130 °C. Запрещается использовать горелку с открытым пламенем. Следует предусмотреть защиту уплотнительных колец от повышенных температур (максимальная температура, которую способно выдержать кольцо - 75°C)
1.6. Установить втулки (1) на соответствующие валы. Торцы втулок должны быть установлены заподлицо с торцом вала. В случае сомнений следует обратиться в наш адрес.
1.7. Установить сборочные элементы на место и проверить зазор "a" между втулками. См. Рис. 2 на стр. 3 или утвержденный чертеж для выбора правильного зазора "a" между втулками в соответствии с типом муфты. В случае сомнений следует обратиться к нашим специалистам.
1.8. Выровнять два вала, проверить центровку с использованием часового индикатора или лазерной системы центровки. Точность центровки зависит от скорости вращения (см. Рис. 4 на стр. 4).
1.9 Следует дать втулкам (1) остыть перед установкой на них обойм (2,3 или 4,5). Перед установкой обойм (2,3 или 4,5) на соединительные зубцы втулки (1) следует нанести смазку.
