English to Korean: Experts and Expertise in Legal and Regulatory Settings General field: Law/Patents Detailed field: Law (general)
Source text - English The approach is succinctly delineated in the words of a highly influential corporate-sponsored proponent of evidence and tort reform. According to Peter Huber: ‘The rule of law is indeed a grand thing, but not half so grand as the rule of fact’ (Huber 1991: 225)
Translation - Korean 이 접근 방법은 증거 및 불법 행위 개혁의 주창자로서 기업이 보내는 후원을 받고 있으며 아주 큰 영향력을 가진 한 사람의 말에서 간결하게 그려지고 있다. 피터 허버(Peter Huber)에 따르면, ‘법의 지배(the rule of law)는 정말 원대한 일이지만, 사실의 지배(the rule of fact)에 비하면 그 원대함이 절반에도 미치지 못한다’ (Huber 1991: 225쪽).

Bio
As a native Korean, I always try to be quick and accurate in translating Korean into English and vice versa.
My specialty is law, IT, and social sciences. Definitely, everything in English or Korean can be my target if customers want.
I believe language is a living thing and as complicated as human. To cast lights on every nuance of two languages and reinstate what authors think is my ultimate goal in this job.
Thus, seamless and clear-cut communication between stakeholders and happiness for all is what I am eager to achieve.
