Business Leaders wishing to engage a new Supplier or Service Provider must follow the procedures set forth in this Policy, so that the Compliance function can assess the level of anti-corruption or other compliance risk posed by the third party and determine the appropriate level of pre-engagement due diligence required. This process is referred to as Compliance Onboarding.
