English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Confidentiality Agreement

7.2 Nothing in clause 7.1 shall require the Recipient to return or destroy (or procure the return or destruction of) any documents or materials containing, reflecting, incorporating, or based on Confidential Information that the Recipient or any Permitted Recipient is required to retain by applicable law, or to satisfy the requirements of any regulatory authority or body of competent jurisdiction or the rules of any listing authority or stock exchange, to which such person is subject.

Ok, rozumiem całe zdanie, jest dla mnie jasne. Nie jestem tylko pewna, czy such person na jego końcu oznacza Recipient or Permitted Recipient. Na to mi wygląda, ale będę spokojniejsza ze świadomością, że i Wy tak uważacie. Dzięki z góry za potwierdzenie lub wyrazenie swojego zdania w tej sprawie. Termin mam na jutro, więc będę wdzieczna za niezwłoczne odpowiedzi, bo też sprawa niecierpiąca zwłoki ;).
