German term
Kieferkrankheiten
German to English
Medical
Medical: Dentistry
Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferkrankheiten
I want something more technical then 'diseases of the jaw' Can I use 'maxillo-facial diseases' here?
At the moment I am using "dental, oral and maxillo-facial diseases" but I'm not sure that that is technically correct.

I agree to sibsab's answer, and add a few relevant sources:
http://www.informaworld.com/smpp/title~content=t741021429~db...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oral_and_maxillofacial_patholog...
http://shop.elsevier.com.au/Dentistry/Oral-Pathology/Oral-an...
Shane didn't provide the context of the term, however, it seems to be part of a department name, or a speciality of a surgeon (?); if so, e.g. Arzt für ... or Klinik für ..., then the appropriate expression is:
(Dept. for) Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - IMO.
