I am an English-born Kiwi, that is, I am from New Zealand. I have lived in Sweden for 11 years and have been employed for ten years teaching English to adults at Stockholm Folkuniversitet, as well as teaching an English module for a tourism and travel ageny training course at Franz Schartau Gymanasium ( 1999-2004).
I have been an active freelance Swedish to English translator for the past 4 years, working privately as well as through some agencies on a variety of projects.
I have most practical translaton experiece from the home electronics, travel, legal documentation and history fields, but as required for my teaching I have attained a broad awareness and knowledge of both English and Swedish languages.
