The Merchant further hereby grants, and shall procure the grant, to each MasterCard Member the right and licence to use on a royalty free basis the Promotion Marks (including, but not limited to, the use of the Promotion Marks for activities, promotions, marketing or other events conducted, organized, promoted by the relevant MasterCard Member or in which the relevant MasterCard Member participates) furnished to MAPPL by the Merchant in relation to the Promotion for the duration of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Except where otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Merchant is not authorized to have either by implication or otherwise, any title, right or interest in the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, symbols and other intellectual property of MAPPL and its affiliates. Except where otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Merchant shall not use the name "MasterCard", "Master" or any other trade name, trademark, service mark, logo, symbol or other intellectual property of MAPPL or of its affiliated entities without the approval of MAPPL in writing.

1. Clinical Research Trial Data
a. Informed Consent: the trial staff will explain the treatments, procedures and/or therapies that will be used during the course of the clinical trial. These will be reviewed with you so that you understand the risks involved with participating in a clinical trial.
b. Clinical trial data collected during the clinical trial may include personal health information, surveys, or questionnaires about your general health, and the treatment or therapy you are receiving during the course of the clinical trial (Trial Data).
2. Patient Cloud App Security
a. Patient Cloud will securely transmit encrypted Trial Data collected during the clinical trial to a secured database where it will be stored for analysis by the sponsor of the trial and/or the trial doctor.
b. Data stored on Patient Cloud app is secured by the mobile device’s security and your Patient Cloud password/pin code. Additionally, you are encouraged to use a passcode for the device to protect it if lost or stolen.
c. If you lose the device or it is stolen or no longer works, please contact the clinical trial site for assistance. You can find the contact information on materials provided at the beginning of the clinical trial.
3. Consent
a. By providing us with your information, you consent and agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, including disclosure of your Registration Information and Trial Data in connection with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on us or our website.
b. Your device metrics and your anonymized, aggregated data is required to be a participant with Medidata.

b. Dữ liệu lưu trữ trên ứng dụng Patient Cloud được bảo vệ bằng chế độ bảo mật của thiết bị di động và mật khẩu/mã pin Patient Cloud của bạn. Ngoài ra, bạn được khuyến khích sử dụng mật khẩu để bảo vệ thiết bị của bạn trong trường hợp thiết bị bị mất hoặc bị đánh cắp.
