בניסיון לשנות את המצב, xxx פנה לחברות הכבלים, לערוצי הילדים, ולאולפני הדיבוב המפיקים את הדיבוב עבור ערוצי הילדים, בבקשה להגיע להסכם עם xxxועם המדבבים על תנאי העסקה הוגנים למדבבים, ועל הפסקה של השחיקה החוזרת ונשנית בשכרם.

ברקע: סוכרת TYPE I מזה כ 28 שנים, מטופלת במשאבת אינסולין (במעקב אצל ד''ר זינגר), סובלת מגסארופרזיס משנית לסכרת. מוכרת לבית החולים בשל אשפוזים חוזרים על רקע DKA והקאות חוזרות. מזה כחודש במחקר 131-RM אצל ד''ר דיקמן לטיפול בגסארופרזיס, עקב כך הפסיקה (בחלקו על דעת עצמה) כל טיפול תרופתי למעט המשך שימוש למשאבת סוכרת ולוריוואן. בנוסף ב2006 אובחן קריש דם בחדר שמאל (אפקס), וב 2007 PULMONARY EDEMA על רקע לא ברור. אקו אחרון מ11/2014 תקין.
Translation - English Anamnesis
A 42 year old woman, divorced 3 times, lives in Ashdod, housewife.
Background: The patient has a history of Type I diabetes going back 28 years, treated with an insulin pump (under follow up with Dr. Zinger), suffers from gastroparesis secondary to diabetes. We are familiar with her from prior recurrent hospitalizations due to DKA (Diabetic Ketoacidosis) and recurrent vomiting. She is currently a participant of the RM-131 clinical study under Dr. Dickman starting one month ago to treat gastroparesis. As a result, she discontinued (partially on her own accord) all medication except for Lorivan and use of the diabetes pump. In addition, in 2006 a blood clot was diagnosed in her left ventricle (apex), and in 2007 pulmonary edema, cause unknown. Last ECG from November 2014 was normal.
