I have a passion and flair for languages and this has allowed me to turn my main interest into my business. This means that I am in the fortunate position of loving what I do.

I am a freelance translator, translating from German and Dutch into English and have a degree in German with Dutch BA (Hons.). I have over 25 years of professional and personal experience, having lived in Germany and worked for predominantly German organisations in the medical, pharmaceutical and financial sectors.

I am highly experienced in translating medical documents with specialised terms and am also adept at dealing with other types of content such as technical texts.

I'm highly organised, reliable, flexible and often able to work to very short deadlines. I currently work on a freelance basis for a number of agencies on a regular basis and would be happy to supply references.
