A 100% native Italian speaker, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Naples Federico II, Department of Humanistic Studies. At the moment, I am a university student and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Foreign Languages (english and german). 

I have a great deal of work experience that demonstrates my ability in languages.  I have previous experience as a tourist entertainer. For this reason, I am active in the tourism and hospitality sector, both as a trainer and translator. My strength lies in my ability to provide flowing English texts, translating the message rather than provide a literal translation. This is an important requirement in my specialist areas. My key strengths that would support my success in this position is not only my desire to  make a valid contributions to customer service for all customers but also my continually striving for excellence.
