Spanish to English Marketing Tourism & Travel
This appears in a sort of checklist of information before leaving on a trip abroad. Invitation doesn't seem right here. Any suggestions?

• Documentación de destino.
• Documentación de viaje.
• Información general del destino.
• Etiquetas de equipaje personalizadas.
• Plan de vuelos personalizado.
• Punto de encuentro para todos los participantes.

Should read: • Invitación al viaje (it is one of the bullet points)

trip invitation

Why can't we take this at face value? Sounds like an organised trip to me which required an invitation to take part. I assume you will need to show your invitation at the other end at some point. I also assume the term was one of the bullet points and not a sub-heading??
Note from asker:
You're right - I think I am over complicating things again. Should have been one of the bullet points, sorry! Regards

Thanks :-)
agree Lisa Roberts : Absolutely - but perhaps just 'invitation' alone would suffice?

Depends on context. What if there are more invitations to other things?

neutral Cinnamon Nolan : It it weren't a bulleted point, this would be perfect, as the other items would go in the pack.

Yeah, I answered before that was established. I'm leaving it here just in case that isn't so

travel voucher

I get the impression that this may rather be the document issued by either the TO or the travel agent confirming the terms of your package and proof of booking. This is not usually translated into Castillian Spanish, although people soemtimes call it 'resguardo de la agencia'. I had never ssn it as 'invitación' myself!
