I am non-smoker, but I think that the size order is as follows:
individual cigarettes are packed in packs or packages;
several packages make up a cartoon,
and several cartoons make up a case.
Hope to be of help.

: I can't speak for every English speaking country with absolute certainty, but at least for the US: 1 pack = 20 cigarettes (sometimes 10); one carton = 10 packs. Yeah, unfortunately I'm a smoker and I've purchased cartons before. Never bales though :-)~

2 (fardo) bale
From Moliner:
paca1 (del fr. antig. «pacque») f. *Fardo de cualquier cosa tal como lana, algodón o alfalfa, prensado y atado.

Note from asker:

Sandra Holt
: The only problem with bale is that they use this term when referring to the tobacco.

Yes, that could cause misunderstanding. But I don't think we are talking about processed tobacco.

Marcel Ventosa

batch
Not sure if this is correct but could be a possible option.

Marcel Ventosa
: I would use batch for production (i.e. the amount produced in one operation, whatever the manufacturing operation is).
