Te faltan los acentos para que la oración sea más clara.
"No entendió mis razones, por lo que me amenazó..."
Estas podrían ser algunas opciones:
he didn´t hear/understood my motives/reasons and then, in a threatening manner, he told me to suffer the consequences
he refused to hear my reasons / explanation, and threatened me with dire consequences
En la oración, puedes cambiar el "he" por "she" según sea hombre o mujer la persona que no entendió y que amenazó.
