I know that someone has already asked a kudoz question with this very term, in exactly the same context, but the answer given (multi-operator chamber) has only a handful of hits on google, whereas the spanish term has almost 400. So any new suggestions would be very welcome.

There may be a more technical term in English, but if there isn't then I think it's a good idea to translate the term as descriptively as possible. In this case, it seems to boil down to a room from which several operators can work at once.
