Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Oleksandr Kupriyanchuk

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

writs of execution; enforcement documents

Probably, we do not need any context for this :)

"Vykonavchi dokumenty" are the document, which "ДЕРЖАВНА ВИКОНАВЧА СЛУЖБА" (www.minjust.gov.ua/0/law_2_14, www.dt.ua/1000/1050/62281/) will show you when they come to you to take away your car when you do not pay the loan to the bank :)

According to my understanding a person cannot submit anything to state enforcement agency(!)

Normally, they start enforcement after they receive a court ruling.

Theoretically, copy of this ruling may be brought to them by the person and, also theoretically, this person may also need to this with some application.

But in any case all this would be covered by the expression "documents to start enforcement procedure" and, therefore by the expression "enforcement documents" as well.

Hope this helps :)
Note from asker:
Thanks for the answer, Oleksandr! These “vykonavchi dokumenty” are the documents that the nominee of the letter of attorney submits to “ДЕРЖАВНА ВИКОНАВЧА СЛУЖБА” (state enforcement agency?) From your link it follows that “writs of execution” are issued by an authority, not by the person (e.g. lender). What the person would issue is the “notice of motion of a writ" http://www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/lawlink/local_courts/ll_localcourts.nsf/pages/lc_info_enforcement but that, of course, would be too far-fetched to use as translation. “Enforcement documents” was my own first choice, and remains the “working version” for the time being – but again, a Google search does not bring any result that relate to a set of docuemtns issued by a person: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=enforcement+documents&meta=&aq=f&oq

agree Angela Greenfield : enforcement documents

agree Oleksandr Kupriyanchuk : Depending on the context (missing!), ALSO, Judicatory Civil Order, Receiving Order (the latter is an order of the court in England or Wales placing a debtor's assets under the control of an Official Receiver) etc.
