It is our firm conviction that / Is it our unshakeable belief that...
Perhaps the second option is a bit flowery, but I think it reflects the essence of what the writer is trying to say. Perhaps we could come up with an alternative for "unshakeable"

With more of the original legal document, I think that a logical stream in this strict legal documents which are in general not so logical, as they tend to give birth to serious mistakes, but here the logical is, 'which in our view is unnecessary' and hope you can stay inside your work and concrete joy with it till he will had an end.

: This kind of wording misses the essential point that, in the opinion of the writer, the hypothesis is not merely "unnecessary,' but *wrong*.
