I looked in the proz terms and saw that this is generally translated as "outer" (as in outer packaging). I'd like some thoughts on whether that is applicable for this document in the following cases:

However, in the English I've looked at there seems to be some confusion. Imagine a shipping carton containing 12 inner cartons, each inner carton containing 10 psychodelic bebbelwounders. While all agree that the "per inner" is 10, some say the "per outer" is 12 (12 inner cartons), others that the "per outer" is 120 (12 inner cartons times 10 bebbelwounders).
The French appears to be crystal clear in that respect. PCB = 12, SPCB = 10.
