This is a complete slogan (and a pretty-bad one, at that) churned out for the clear purpose of advertising or promotion, as part of the context provided. Fuad is "spot on" with his observation that the original text, as written, results in a cheesy piece of work (that is the original writer's problem, not yours as the translator) as that hyped sort of text causes us well-meaning colleagues in < proz.com > to grapple with translating a bowl of verbal stew in L1 into a dish of linguistic caviar served on a delicate china plate in L2.

I agree with, and second, Fuad Yahya's reasonable comment that you please restrict your question to one term only, not a full sentence.

Slogans are not against the rules There is nothing wrong with posting a slogan. All we ask is that you show some effort, some active engagement in your own question. For example, this is how I would post the question.

Dear colleagues: The slogan "Quality is the language we speak best" in the above context seems quite straightforward. This is how I would translate it:
الجودة هي أفضل لغة نتكلمها
أو الجودة هي أفضل لغاتنا
أو الجودة هي لغتنا الفضلى
Somehow, all these transltions, although quite accurate, sound rather cheesy to me. Am I missing something? Can anyone suggest a change that I could make that would give the translation a more natural flow in Arabic? I would appreciate any guidance.

When you put your question like this, we will all appreciate the nature of the challenge that you are facing. We all have confronted situations like this before and can relate to your predicament. Anyone with any suggestion would then feel motivated to lend you a hand. But when you just throw the sentence at us, it is not inviting, because it shows no effort. That is my whole point. You're right. This is a company slogan, and this is what poses a special challenge. Translating advertising slogan is the significant problem here which often involves much more than a straightforward translation. I think it needs to be rebuilt from the bottom up in the target language/culture. Is posting a slogan as a Kudoz question in violation of the site’s rules?

You can post a question about a full sentence if there is something specific about the sentence that is particularly puzziling. You need to define to us exactly what is troubling you about this sentence, not just that you are unable to translate it. Which linguistic point in this sentence poses a special challenge? What makes this sentence any different from any other sentence? Otherwise, how could you we help you, other than just spoonfeed you with the translation?
