Konoe merchants saying "all three sides are good"

江戸時代中期の近江商人の活動の理念を表す言葉で「売り手よし、買い手より、世間よし」を指したもの。As long as these three sides are covered, your marketing strategy is healthy, and so this president must have started his greeting speech to his employees referring to this principle to make his point.

Thank you.
disagree humbird : Oumi is not a company name. It's a collective name of group of merchants in Oumi area. Troy, you should have posted your suggestion as independent answer of your own as I deem that's the best so far posted.

The Omi merchant philosophy of “Triple Excellence” or "3-Way Excellence"

To keep it simple and get the feeling of the company's motto or philosophy, I would like to suggest:

or:
The Omi merchant philosophy of "Triple Satisfaction"
The Omi merchant philosophy of "3-Way Satisfaction"

- Please see the website below where Omi Company’s motto/philosophy is illustrated in a circular fashion.
- When I saw this illustration, I thought of a harmonious circle where the buyer, seller and society (all three parties) work together in harmony and with excellence and benefit together.

By the way, their company name is written as “Omi" in English.

I used "triple" or "3-way" only because in the Japanese, " 三方" is used. It does not go into detail in the basic motto.
