Monetization is the process of converting or establishing something into legal tender. It usually refers to the printing of banknotes by central banks, but things such as gold, diamonds, artworks, property ... and in this case, the more abstract "impact" can also be monetized. ...

BTW, there are too many "performs" in the example for my liking.

Also, I would advise replacing "perform" with using "undertake" or carry out" alternately, or another synonym.
