This is a heading and describes the webpages that will displayed to users signing up for an on-line service. Ie what information they will be given and when, the order of the pages, when they need to enter their bank details, when adverts for other services will be displayed etc.

sign-up process/sequence, steps to becoming registered, steps towards membership...
Depending on exactly what parts of the process are covered, I would go for something like this. Using "path" sounds odd with the meaning you give, and "path" also has another technical meaning in computing.

Sorry didn't mean to be OTT, but really "user('s) path" sounds odd to me. Maybe it's because I'm a programmer and used to it meaning something completely different?

The answers given here work for the specific post, where steps involved are described. It seems to be (now, 2015, anyway) a thing which people design quite carefully and talk about in general terms. Other possibilities might be "browsing route taken by user", "browsing style", etc.
