Yani sözleşme ile başka bir metnin (atıyorum- sözleşme ekindeki bazı hükümler) arasında bir ihtilaf olması/ortaya çıkması halinde sözleşmedeki (ihtilafın konusu olan) hükümler geçerli olacaktır.
