Faktoring - dodavatel dodá a vyfakturuje zboží/služby, tím mu vzniká pohledávka za odběratelem. Tu postoupí faktoringové společnosti, ta mu vyplatí fakturovanou částku sníženou o svou odměnu. Faktoringová společnost pak inkasuje peníze od odběratele. V rámci tohoto procesu mu napíše oznámení, které začíná: "Vážení, Váš dodavatel, společnost xxx..."
