Manual handling operations means any transporting or supporting of a load by hand or bodily
force (including lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving). Pulling upon levers
and handles, or upon ropes to lash down cargo, does not fall within the definition, although the
force applied to manipulate a load of any material supported on a spade, fork or similar implement
are covered by the Regulations.

What is manual handling?
The Manual Handling Operations Regulations define it as 'any transporting or supporting of a load (including the lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving thereof) by hand or by bodily force'.
In effect, any activity that requires an individual to lift, move or support a load, will be classified as a manual handling task.

А на этапе перевозки handling operations означает погрузку/разгрузку (перегрузку)
