Difficult to hit on the right expression. I don't think anything with hobby or craft will do, because that implies places that sell supplies for people who want to make things, and it isn't that at all. It's a shop where female creative artists (applied arts) sell their wares, which can be home decor or clothing. This sounds more like the latter. I think "designer" is probably the way to go. "Créatrices" implies something closer to a creative artist than a craftswoman, though a boutique de créatrices can be a place that sells handcrafted decorative items. But in this context it sounds more like this sort of thing:

I'm suggesting adding "small" because "designer shop" alone can imply an outlet for a big fashion house, and it clearly refers to something much more small-scale.

And by the way, I think it's difficult to specify female designers/artists in English without it getting very clunky, not to mention sexist. At least I can't think of a way of doing so.

On second thoughts, maybe you could obviate the need for adding "small" by calling them designer boutiques; I think this might convey the flavour of it. Or perhaps independent designer boutiques, since "boutique de créatrices" seems to imply the small business end of things, selling stuff by people who haven't broken through into mass production.
