The first model (m1: propensity score model) described the relationship between subject
characteristics and availability of SVR12. The second model (m2: outcome regression model)
described the relationship between subject characteristics and the response for those subjects
with available SVR12 status (complete cases). The DR (double-robust) estimator was the difference in SVR12
response rates from the outcome regression model and combined the information from the two
models by including the inverse of the predicted probability of having an available SVR12 status
from m1 as an additional predictor in m2.
