En septembre 2013, la Chine étend son programme pilote de société de crédit à la consommation de 4 à 16 villes et,
"Before, the China Banking Regulatory Commission will only approve one consumer finance company for every eligible city and strictly prohibit their cross-city operation."
"cross-city" me pose problème. Seul "interville" me vient à l'esprit, mais ce n'est pas très heureux (et rappelle une fameuse émission TV !)
