and it is better to finish the sentence with a verb instead of a noun (Hafte in this case).

I think if you made the following changes in your translation, it would be perfect:
طرح سفارش نهایی » نقشه نهایی تجهیزات
لوبینگ » Lubing (because it is a company name)
هلمن » Hellmann (again because it is a company name)

The final decision is up to you anyways. :-)

با نظر داشت زمان تحویل دهی، طرح سفارش نهایی برخی از تجهیزات مانند سیستمهای بالابر، خشک کننده کودها و نوا ر نقاله های لوبینگ باید ده هفته قبل از بارگیری از شرکت هلمن، قطعی شده و به امضا برسد، و برای سفارشات دیگر هشت هفته.

برداشت و ترجمه من از این عبارت به این صورت هست:
طراحی نهایی هر کدام از تجهیزات، بسته به زمان تحویل آنها، باید در مورد تجهیزاتی چون...... 10 هفته و در مورد سایر سفارشات 8 هفته قبل از بارگیری در هالمن قطعی شده و به تأیید نهایی (امضا) برسد. (یعنی طرح های نهایی مشخص و تأیید شوند و طبق آن تجهیزات ساخته شوند)

I don't think so Younes jaan. This is a purchase of equipment and all equipment purchased for a factory are accompanied by technical drawings necessary for the installation. If the author intended to talk about the act of preparing or signing the purchase order, the right verb would be "drawing up" and not merely "drawing". For example, they could say, " the final purchase order must be drawn up and signed..."

Orders must be signed I somehow believe that this drawing is referring to drawing orders. As it says the drawing must be singed before loading the equipment. Purchase orders must be drawn and singed.
the following might work:
تنظیم سفارش خرید/ تنظیم برگه سافرش/ تنظیم قرارداد خرید تجهیزات.

Dear Filologo,

Yes, there are two orders. For the order of systems with elevators, manure drying or Lubing conveyors, the final equipment drawing must be final and signed 10 weeks before scheduled loading at Hellmann. For other orders, the period is 8 weeks.

Also please note thst the term drawing in technical contexts refers to a layout or image of the general structure of a system. There are various types of drawing, e.g. electrical drawing, mechanical drawing, piping drawing, etc. Please see the following definition from Merriam-Webster's:

a picture, image, etc., that is made by making lines on a surface with a pencil, pen, marker, chalk, etc., but usually not with paint

Dear Colleagues, thank you for your time and suggestions. The opinion seems to be varied ,which makes it a bit difficult to choose from. The sentence ends in " ... for the others orders ..." doesn't that apply that there are to set of orders ?
