Glossary entry (derived from question below)
German term or phrase:
Bauspiele
English translation:
building activities/building block activities
German term
Bauspiele
These are games played by children at a nursery, so I guess they mean games involving building blocks Lego etc. "Building games" sounds odd to me in English. Is there a better alternative?

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: I like this - particularly "building-block activities", which I would hyphenate for clarity

Having an idea is the first step in creating an international company. The idea does not have to be original, it just has to work. By saying it has to work I mean you need a different angle, a way of executing the idea differently then all the rest of the people. This may be labeled vision, if you have better insight and inspiration then the rest of the people in the market, this is a definite advantage. The vision needs to give you an overview that your other competitors do not have and/or insight on the details of the business. This is analog to manipulating kids toys, you can have lego which require manipulation of small pieces of material to get a structure/creation going. On the other hand we have the large **brick games** where the building is also done by manipulating pieces. This time the pieces are very large and the kid has more control over the overview of his creation (it is easier to manipulate the final shape) then with the lego although in the lego game the kid can focus on making the details better (it\'s easier to make sure that every small detail works just right) the same can be said about business.

: Sounds a bit too much like they're going to be out there in hardhats, laying steel... "Construction paper" is an isolated case, IMO.
