Bonjour,
Dans l'annonce publicitaire d'une société qui fait dans les "Wills and Probate" (je laisse les termes en anglais pour ceux à qui ça parle), voici la liste des services proposés :
"Wills to cover worldwide assets, inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, **Trust advice** and Trust litigation, Elder Care Matters including UK Court of Protection Applications, and Claims on Estates."
N'étant pas spécialiste du domaine, et sans base terminologique fournie par le client, je m'en remets à vous pour m'éclairer sur ce chemin bien obscur.

I don't think "Trust advice" is a fixed term. They mean that they give advice on the topic of trusts. For instance, the firm listed as a first reference also offers "trust advice" and here is how they describe it:
"A trust fund is a protected fund. To get the right protection it is crucial you get the legal wording right. A specialist solicitorwill help you get it right.
[...]
It is crucial you get the legal wording of a trust right, so you will need help from a specialist solicitor. Our experts have a wide range of experience setting up, administering and dissolving trusts and can advise you the best way forward taking into account your personal circumstances."
The firm listed as a second reference mentions "conseils en matière de fiducies" as one of the services they offer.
