This comes in a guide to creating vascular access for haemodialysis, in the Methodology section:

A cimino fistula is a type of vascular access, and I am guessing that the I, D are the usual left and right in both cases, but am a bit stumped with Hum Cef... An example of the doc in question can be found at https://servei.org/wp-content/uploads/guias_clinicas/Guia_FA... - this comes on page 2.

In general, the VA construction order starts with a radiocephalic AVF in the non-dominant arm, and then in the dominant arm. If this is no longer possible, the next option will be a humeral-cephalic (HC) AVF in the same order.

Seventy one arteriovenous fistulas were applied through termino lateral anastomosis: 27 (38.02 %) radiocephalic, 37 (52.11 %) humerus-cephalic.
