I honestly don't know. I don't think that it's a back translation but as you can see from the context, the writer likes to add in bits of English, e.g. legs and trade. I was wondering if this could be more like a Total Return Swap?

The term "retournement" reads like translationese. Is this a backtranslation?
Is "taux fixe de retournement" actually cited in your original?
