Could this possibly be a Russian transliteration of MOD [Method of Disks]? TIA

M-mode (one-dimensional)

МОД stands for "одномерная, в М-режиме", and it has nothing to do with breathing.

In Russian, this is called exactly as I have put it: М-режим, or одномерный режим, and in your document you have a self-made abbreviation, composed of both.
Note from asker:
Yes, I know, It has nothing to do with breathing. What is the exact stand-alone transliteration in Russian?
That's what I needed. Thank you for your help Natalie and the contributors.

I don't know your context, but it seems possible that all these measurements could be relevant in relation to one another, for example, in a study on heart function as related to lung ventilation.

I've been searching too... Just wondering if it might be a typo for "МОК" "минутный объём кровообращения"?? Typos make ANYTHING possible!

No problem at all, it's a pleasure to research!
Note from asker:
How does it relate to the end systolic and end diastolic volumes in the echo-cardiogram? It is like a table in the ST. Let me retype: МОД: КДО 175 (N 67-155мл) is in one "column" and information about end systolic and end diastolic diameter is in the other "column." МОД has something to do with the volumes. Thank you Natalie.
МОД: КДО 175 (N 67-155мл) КСО 82,2_мл.
Thank you for your research Nathalie. (Sorry for misspelling your name above:)). I've been searching and searching, and could not find anything else other than minute respiratory volume. And there is definitely a correlation between breathing and circulation.
