کلیلەوشە
Once we had this discussion in a group, may linguists suggested سەرەوشە, but Kurdish IT dictionary offers کلیلەوشە which I think makes sense. I think you can use your first translation (وشەی سەرەکی) as well.

وشەی سەرەکی and وشە سەرەکیەکان are the appropriate known and clear equivalents.

Adding ە after کلیل like in Mr. Jutyar's equivalent is wrong because it is added in the Izafa combination not in an adjectival combination.
You can say سەرەمەتە، سەرەخنجەر، دەمەچەقۆ but you can't say کلیلەوشە or سەرەوشە. In the first examples we have a n IZAFA combination but in the second one we have an adjectival/descriptive combination. In adjectival/descriptive you can't add ە because it changes the words meaning and turns the combination into an IZAFA one.
